The use of services provided by The Gift Gallery, Ilfracombe constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use our website or purchase from us.

The Gift Gallery operates a 7 day return policy for all online purchases. During this time you are entitled to examine the goods as you would do in our shop. If you change your mind, you may notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery and receive a full refund subject to returning the goods in their original unused and saleable condition. You will be refunded within 30 days of us confirming receipt of your returned items.
The Gift Gallery is not responsible for any delivery costs you might incur when returning goods and any delivery costs on the original order will not be refunded.
Customers returning an item for exchange should be aware it is their responsibility to pay for both return and outgoing postage of an item. We advise that you return things using a recorded delivery for your own protection, we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, as well as the EU Consumer Rights Directive and our terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.
We are legally obliged to notify mail-order customers, of their rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By accepting our terms and conditions you are confirming that you have been informed of your legal rights using a durable medium.

Non UK customers
International customers can not currently purchase items from us online.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and the related images are correct, however in some cases we may use a stock image of the item or accidentally list a picture of a different item. Due to this all images should be treated as being for illustration purposes only, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product description is correct for the item they are ordering.
The price you pay will be the current price advertised on www.giftgallery.uk excluding any items that have been priced in error. In the event these circumstances occur you will be notified before any price adjustments are made and given the option to accept or reject the revised order.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between an order being placed and packed for delivery the stock levels may have changed. If an item you ordered becomes out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
All items, offers, specifications and prices are correct and believed in good faith at the time of quotation, but may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form the subject matter of your order. It is the customer’s obligation to check when ordering that the quantity and description of the items ordered is correct. This can be done by viewing your online account or the order confirmation email that is sent to the registered email address.
Customers have the right to cancel any order before it has been despatched. This is done by contacting the Gift Gallery through the email firstname.lastname@example.org or via the telephone number 01271 862918. In the event a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has been despatched we require the customer to return the item to us within 14 days of receiving their parcel.
